I need help setting up my new online account. What can I do?

If you are having any trouble finding your account after entering your last name, date of birth, and social security number, we recommend trying again to make sure there were no typos. If any of your information changed from your previous Brooks Brothers card account with Citi, like your last name, remember to try both versions.

If you are having issues receiving a one time passcode to your phone number, click “send code again” or “call me instead”. Make sure you have cell service and access to that device. 

And if you have issues creating a PIN make sure the two pin numbers you enter are exact matches. It’s important to note that your PIN number cannot be 4 digits in a row (e.g. "1111" or "0000") or 4 consecutive numbers (e.g. "4567"). For security purposes, we strongly recommend not using sensitive information for your PIN, such as your birthday or part of your SSN.
