How do I dispute a charge?

If you notice a purchase that you did not make or your card has been compromised, please contact our Customer Support team at (888) 893-8847.

You must contact us:

  • Within 60 days after the error appeared on your billing statement.
  • At least 3 business days before an automated payment is scheduled, if you wish to stop payment on the account you think is wrong.
