I want to edit or cancel my payment

Please note: Payments can be edited or canceled up until 11:59pm Eastern Time of the day prior to the scheduled payment date. Payments scheduled using "Pay Now" cannot be canceled or edited once they have been confirmed in the App.

 To cancel or edit a payment please follow the steps below:

1. Open the Imprint app
2. Tap on the payment in the activity feed
3. Cancel or Edit the payment as needed
4. Tap the 'Confirm' button when your changes are complete
