You can pay in the Imprint app or online at https://account.imprint.co/brooksbrothers:

Log in to your account. Enter the phone number associated with your Account and then enter your PIN number. You may also be asked to enter a one time verification code sent to your mobile phone number.

Click ‘Card Balance’.

Click ‘Pay’.

Enter the amount you would like to pay (or select your minimum, statement balance, or current balance) and then choose to ‘pay now’ or ‘pay later’. If you are paying later you will need to select the date of your payment.

Confirm your payment by clicking ‘Submit payment’
Once you confirm your payment it will show in your card Activity. All payments may take up to 3-5 business days to settle into your account.
You can set up Autopay in the Imprint app or online:
Start by making sure your bank account is connected in the Imprint app. Here’s how to do that, if you haven’t already.

In the Imprint app, click the person icon at the top-left of the screen. Online, click the menu icon on the top right hand corner of the page.

Click 'Payments'

Click on the first option 'Auto-pay'

Select how much you would like to pay from the three options provided and click 'Continue'. You can choose to set up Auto-pay for your statement balance, your minimum pay due, or a custom amount

Select when you would like to pay from the two options provided and click 'Continue'. You can choose to configure Auto-pay payments for your due date or some custom dates. Click “Continue”

Review your Auto-pay set up which will list what you'll pay, the date the payment will process, and the bank account where money will come from. Click “Confirm”' at the bottom of the screen.
Then your Auto-pay is all set! You can always navigate back to this page to edit your Auto-pay settings.
You can pay with mobile or online Bill Pay (via your bank or credit union):
Be aware: Bill Pay through your bank or credit union is sent via check, which takes approximately 10 days. Electronic payments directly through Imprint are much faster and are the best way to avoid potential late payments. We will process your payment on the date that we receive it, and this date is recorded as the payment date.

When entering the payee name, pay to the order of Imprint and Brooks Brothers

Enter your unique account number

You can find your unique account number in your online account or in the Imprint app when you tap the “Payments” section under the “Card balance”. Under “Upcoming payments” you can see your “Account number”.

You can also find your account number in the upper right corner of Page 1 of your statement. To see your statements, navigate to “Card balance” and scroll down to find all of your historical Statements.

To pay by check following these instructions:

Include the full name of the primary account holder

Pay to the order of Imprint and Brooks Brothers

Add your payment amount (which should not exceed your account balance)

In the check memo, include your unique account number. This can be found under the Upcoming Payments header when you navigate to the payments section of the mobile app, under the Upcoming Payments header when you click view balance details in the web app, or on the upper righthand corner of Page 1 of your statement.
