Below is a list of common reasons transactions may be declined:
- Sending money is not supported (Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, wires, etc.) nor is buying money (crypto, stocks, etc.).
- Your remaining credit limit is less than the amount of the transaction
- Transaction is at a merchant not supported by the Mastercard®
Typically, when a transaction is declined, Imprint will send an SMS message to you with the reason for the decline.
